Alpha Worship Connection is committed to local churches and their worship ministries. We believe that there is a great necessity for local worship leaders to be scripturally trained so that worship within the body is done in "spirit and in truth" (John 4:24).

Focusing on music theory, instruments, vocals, a theology of worship, leadership skills, worship planning, and discipleship training.
Deep musical skill development hosted at the Alpha Worship Connection Center. Includes research and hands-on instrument training.
Building lasting discipleship relationships and relational networks among worship leaders across local communities.
An annual gathering inviting leaders to connect, network, pray, worship together, encourage one another, and share new songs.
